Who is Charlie Condou?!
Charlie Lomax David Condou (born 8th January 1973) is a English actor who has extremely enjoyed his acting career for the past 25 years, he is best known for playing his character Marcus Dent in the nations favorite soap opera ITV1’s Coronation Street. A suppoter of numerious charities, Condou has signed up for the MoonWalk London on 14 May 2011 and is part of a team which hopes to raise in excess £30,000 for the breast cancer charity.
Condou took a 3 year break from Coronation Street but we saw him return in March 2011.
In Charlie’s personal life he lives in Islington, London, with his Canadian boyfriend of 6 years, Dr Cameron Laux and his daughter Georgia, who spends half of her time with the couple and half with her mother, actress Catherine Kanter. In his youth he lived with Robbie Williams and he is friends with many celebrities including Amanda Holden.
